Terms of Use

1. General provisions

araci.az is a platform for renting items and services in Azerbaijan. Users post listings at their own responsibility.

2. Posting listings

• Each listing must contain only one item.
• Photos must be authentic and relevant to the listing.
• Price must be stated openly in AZN.
• Prohibited items (weapons, drugs, illegal goods) are not allowed.

3. Account and registration

Users must provide accurate name, phone and email. False information may lead to account suspension.

4. Payments and promotions

Premium, VIP and Bump packages are paid. They are non-refundable after activation (except in special cases).

5. Liability

araci.az is not responsible for agreements between rental parties. Use caution when dealing with untrusted parties.
